Canaveral Port Ministry
7th annual gala
Each year for close to a decade, Canaveral Port Ministry has hosted an annual gala in order to help raise funding for their work in providing assistance and a safe place for cruise and cargo ship employees as they disembark from Port Canaveral. The ministry offers hot meals, counseling, mail boxes, and communication services for the employees can connect to their families while they're away, among other services. In addition, they also offer transportation to-and-from the port as well as to local retail centers for shopping and other errands.
Because of scheduling problems and timing due to the recent global pandemic, we had to create a solution to the original Save the Date cards that had already been sent out to the gala invitees. Thus the idea for sending out new Change the Date cards to amend the issue.
Despite the challenges faced, the gala printables were sent off without too many hitches.
With any luck, I will have the honor of developing the next year's assets by the end of 2021.
